French Quarter

The French Quarter is the oldest neighborhood of New Orleans and an interesting place to spend some time.

The Architecture is a mix of French and Spanish styles and the area is famed for Bourbon Street (the party street of the city with bars and live music everywhere you look) and the mysterious world of all things Voodoo.

The quarters building are pretty with their ironwork balconies, window boxes and shutters, however the general feel of the french quarter is a bit grimey… an interesting contrast.
